On the homepage, you will see a section of “Citizen Centric Services“, like I shared above in the screenshot. Click on it and it will show you two more sections: “Block your lost/stolen Mobile – CEIR” and “Know your mobile Connection – TAFCOP“. Select “Know your mobile Connection – TAFCOP” option.

3. Access the TAFCOP Sanchar Saathi Section

After clicking on the ” Know your Mobile Connection” tab, you will be redirected to the Tafcop Sanchar Saathi website at tafcop.sancharsaathi.gov.in. This section will provide you with a lot of options and tools to check and verify mobile connections. You may directly go to the link from here.

3. Enter Mobile Number

On the screen, you will see a TAFCOP form. You have to fill the form to Know the number of connections issued in your name by logging in using your mobile number. In the designated field, enter the 10 digit mobile number of the connection you wish to check. Ensure that you input the information accurately to obtain the OTP for further process.

4. Verify the CAPTCHA

To ensure the security of the platform, you may be prompted to verify a CAPTCHA. This step helps prevent automated bots from accessing the system and maintains the integrity of the information available on Tafcop Sanchar Saathi. Validate the captcha.

5. Enter the OTP

Once the captcha is validated, you will get an OTP message on your mobile number. Submit that OTP on the portal.
